Your calculator is the widget your clients use to pick dishes and request a quote themselves, no phone calls needed.

Step 1: Create it
In the sidebar, open Calculators, then click Create Calculator (or Create Your First Calculator if the list is empty). This opens the builder.
Step 2: Choose what's inside
The builder's Items tab lists your product categories. Toggle a category on to include it in this calculator, then uncheck any individual products you want to leave out. Click + Add product inside a category to create a brand-new product without leaving the builder.

Step 3: Style it
The Design tab controls the calculator style (Classic, Modern, or Menu card), brand colors, logo, fonts and layout for this calculator, it inherits your global brand settings by default but you can override them per calculator.
Step 4: Set up the request form
The Form tab controls what information you collect from clients (guest count, date, contact details, and any custom fields).
Step 5: Publish
At the top of the builder: Save Draft keeps your work without going live, Preview opens it in a new tab, and Publish makes it public. Once published, the same button becomes Update for future edits.
Step 6: Share it
Open the Embed & QR tab (under More) for the embed code, direct link, and a QR code, see Embedding Your Calculator for the details.
Tip
The builder is desktop-first: drag-drop ordering, the rule engine, and the design/embed tabs need a bigger screen. On a phone you get a simplified view where you can rename, publish, and edit existing products, full building works best on a computer.
