Once your calculator is published, open its Embed & QR tab (under More in the builder) for three ways to share it.

Option 1: Embed code

Copy the Embed Code and paste it into your website's HTML.

On most site builders: add an HTML, Custom Code, or Embed element wherever you want the calculator, then paste the code and save. This works the same way on Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, and Webflow.

Before pasting, you can toggle a few appearance options for the embedded view: hide the top bar, hide the progress bar, or hide the center logo, useful if your site already has its own header.

Option 2: Direct link

Once published, your calculator also gets a permanent link:

https://app.caterway.io/calculator/your-calculator-id

Good for email signatures, social bios, or anywhere you can't paste HTML.

Pro feature

On the Pro plan, set a custom slug for your business (in Brand settings) and a slug per calculator (from the Calculators list) to get a vanity URL instead: caterway.io/c/your-business/your-calculator.

Option 3: QR code

The QR code section generates a code clients can scan to open your calculator directly, useful on printed menus or table cards. Its underlying link is based on the calculator's ID, so it never breaks even if you rename the calculator later. Pick foreground/background colors to match your brand and download it as PNG or PDF.
