CaterWay accounts start one of two ways: with an invite link, or by signing up directly when open registration is on. Either way you end up on the same sign-in screen.

Step 1: Open the sign-up form

Go to app.caterway.io/auth. If you have an invite link, open it, it fills in your email automatically and takes you straight to account creation. Otherwise the screen shows a Sign In tab and, when open registration is on, a Sign Up tab next to it. (If sign-up isn't open yet, you'll see Join Waitlist instead, leave your details and we'll follow up.)

Fill in your email and a password, then click Create Account.

Password rules

Your password needs:

• At least 8 characters
• An uppercase and a lowercase letter
• A number
• A special character (like ! or #)

You might see a security check

Below the form there's a small Cloudflare Turnstile widget, an automated check that confirms you're not a bot. It usually clears itself instantly. See Why did I see a CAPTCHA? if it doesn't.

Step 2: Confirm your email

CaterWay sends a confirmation email right after sign-up.

• Open the message and click the verification link.
• You land straight in your dashboard, already signed in.

Step 3: Add your business details

Your business name and other account details live on Settings → Business details, this is what shows up on quotes and emails to your clients.
