Tag customers so you can filter your list fast

Labels are your own words, VIP, weekly, vegan, corporate, anything that helps you find a group of customers later.

Adding a label

Open a customer, and under their contact details click Add label. Type anything you want and press Enter. There's no fixed list, whatever you type becomes a label on that customer.

Remove one by clicking the × on its chip.

Filtering by label

Back on the Customers list, every label anyone's used shows up as a filter chip above the table. Click one or more to narrow the list to customers who have that label, click Clear filters to reset.

On smaller screens, the same chips live behind a filter button next to the search bar instead of sitting inline.

A few ways caterers use them

• VIP for repeat corporate accounts worth calling instead of emailing
• vegan or gluten-free to spot dietary patterns across your client base
