The Form tab controls the quote request form itself, not the product picker before it.

• Edit the Form headline and submit button text, per language
• Reorder, enable/disable, or edit any existing field, drag the handle or open its pencil icon
• Built-in fields (marked System) can't be deleted, but everything else about them is yours to change

Form templates swap which fields are enabled in one click:

• Minimal: name, email, and message only, highest conversion
• Standard: adds phone, event date, message
• Detailed: every built-in field, for a fully qualified request

Add field opens preset fields you can drop in (Company name, Dietary requirements, Budget range, Number of tables, Serving time, Serving style, Payment method, Attachment) or Custom field... for anything else, choosing from Text, Email, Phone, Date, Date & time, Time, Long text, Dropdown, Number, or File upload.

The time field

A Time field isn't just any-hour-of-the-day, set Available times with a From/To window and an Interval (15, 30, or 60 minutes) so customers only pick slots you actually serve. Defaults to 09:00–21:00 in 15-minute steps.
