Add Your Own Terms & Conditions

Every quote submission already asks the client to accept terms, this isn't a toggle you turn on, it's built into the form. What you control is the text they're accepting.

Where to edit them

  • Open Settings → Terms & conditions.
  • Write your English version and Finnish version (only the content languages you've enabled appear here).
If both English and Finnish are active, a Fill with AI button appears next to the section, useful for translating one version into the other instead of writing both from scratch.

Good to know

CaterWay pre-fills a starter template so the field isn't empty on day one. CaterWay isn't liable for the content of your terms, review and adapt them to your business and local regulations before you rely on them.

What clients see

On the quote form, every client checks a box before submitting:

I accept the CaterWay Terms of Service and the caterer's Terms & Conditions

Clicking caterer's Terms & Conditions opens your text (or the starter template, if you haven't replaced it) in a dialog titled Terms & Conditions. The form can't be submitted until the box is checked.
