Brand Your Calculator, Portal, and Emails

A client opening your calculator should see your business, not a generic third-party tool. Open Settings → Brand (or the Brand row on mobile) to set that up.

Logo

• Under Logo, click Upload logo.
• Choose a PNG or JPG, max 5 MB, it's compressed automatically.
• Once uploaded, three toggles control where it shows:
• Show in dashboard sidebar
• Show on showcase page
• Show in emails

Each can be switched off independently, for example if you want your logo on quote emails but not in the dashboard sidebar.

Brand colors

Under Brand Colors, set your Primary Color and Accent Color with the color picker. Both are previewed live and apply across your calculators and outgoing emails.

Typography (Pro)

Under Typography, pick a Font Family for your calculators and public pages: System Default, Inter, Poppins, Roboto, Lato, Playfair Display, Montserrat, or Open Sans.

Custom URL and showcase page (Pro)

Under Custom URL, set a URL Slug to replace the random ID in your calculator links (caterway.io/c/your-slug/...). Saving a slug also unlocks your Showcase page, a public page at caterway.io/p/your-slug that presents all your calculators, with its own Page enabled switch. You can customize its layout, images and texts in the showcase editor, see the dedicated article below.

Team members

Only the workspace owner can edit branding. Team members see a read-only notice on this page instead.
