Running the pickup counter alone on a Saturday while someone else builds next week's menu? Bring them into the same workspace instead of sharing your login.

Where to invite from

Open Settings → Team, it's its own section in Settings, alongside Languages and Email.

Sending an invite

• Under Members, type the person's email under Email address.
• Click Send invite.
• CaterWay generates an Invite link. Click Copy link and send it to them yourself, by WhatsApp, email, Slack, whatever you'd normally use.

There's no automatic email, CaterWay only creates the link. If you close the page without copying it, open Settings → Team again and send a new invite.

The link is valid for 7 days and works once. If it expires before your teammate uses it, send a fresh invite.

While they're pending

The Members list shows each person as Invited until they open the link and create their account, then they flip to Active.

Removing someone

Click the trash icon next to their row and confirm. They lose access to your workspace immediately, this can't be undone, but they keep their own CaterWay login for anything outside your workspace.

Limits

• Up to 3 members per workspace.
• Only the workspace owner can send invites or remove members, an invited member can't invite others.
• Team seats need an active Pro subscription. If you're on the Free plan, Settings → Team shows an upgrade prompt instead of the invite form.
