Three emails go out on their own once you turn them on, no need to remember any of them yourself.
The three reminders
Find them under Settings → Email, in the Message templates section's Automated reminders group. The picker lists all three, each row showing a status dot for whether it's currently on:
| Reminder | Goes to | Timing |
|---|
| Quote follow-up | The customer | 3 days after you send a quote, if they haven't responded |
|---|---|---|
| Event prep reminder | You | 7 days before a confirmed event |
| Thank-you after event | The customer | The day after their event |
Tip
The quote follow-up email automatically includes the customer's approval link, so they can accept or decline straight from it, see How customers approve quotes.
Per-calculator overrides
Pro feature
Overriding these per calculator requires Pro (it lives alongside custom email templates).
Open a calculator's Email tab to override the global setting just for that calculator, for Quote follow-up and Thank-you after event only, the event prep reminder is always global. Each override is a choice between using the global setting (shown live as currently on or off), forcing it on, or forcing it off for that one calculator.
