On this page

Click any row in Tarjouspyynnรถt to open it (a side panel on desktop, its own page on phones). What you can do next depends on where the request currently stands.

While it's still open (New, Viewed, or Quoted)

A big green Confirm Order button books it outright and emails a confirmation to the customer. Below it, three smaller actions:

  • Modify & resend: edit items or prices, then send an updated quote
  • Request Info: ask the customer a question before you commit to a price
  • Decline: turn the request down with an optional reason
Every one of these opens the same kind of dialog: an editable subject and message, a live preview of the email, and a language switcher that defaults to the language the customer submitted in. Confirm Order, Modify & resend, and Request Info also let you tick Include quote summary to attach the itemized breakdown.

Above the action bar there's always a Reply button for a plain message, and an Edit quote button for changing items without necessarily sending anything.

Tip

If the requested date collides with a blocked day or an already-confirmed event, confirming pauses on a dialog asking whether to accept anyway, so you never double-book by accident.

Editing items

Edit quote opens the line-item editor: add products from your catalog, adjust quantity or price per line, remove a line, and optionally add a note explaining what changed. Every save is kept as a numbered revision under the Revision history tab, so you (and the customer, if you email the update) can see exactly what moved.

Once it's Accepted or In Progress

The action bar swaps to Mark In Progress / Mark Completed as the event approaches and passes.

Other things you can do from the โ€ขโ€ขโ€ข menu

Copy Quote (plain text), Download PDF, Preview Email, Copy approval link (for the customer's self-serve accept/decline page, shown once you've sent your offer; the quote email also carries the same button automatically), and generating a kitchen prep sheet.
