A season's worth of phone orders scribbled on a paper calendar, or a long email thread of pickup requests, doesn't have to be typed in one by one.

Getting there

From Events, open the New menu and choose Import with AI.

Two ways in

  • Photo or screenshot: handwritten notes, a paper calendar, an email screenshot. On phones this opens your camera. PNG, JPG, or HEIC, up to 8 MB, one image at a time (but that one image can hold dozens of orders).
  • Paste text: an email body, a text message, or any typed notes. You can paste several orders at once.
The AI pulls out, per order: date and time, customer name and phone, products and quantities, guest count, location and notes, and whether it's a catering event or a pickup.

Reviewing before you save

Each detected order becomes its own card: edit the date, time, customer, or phone inline if needed. Every product line must be matched to one of your existing catalog products from a dropdown, ranked candidates are suggested (a ★ marks a strong match). Unmatched lines are flagged, and a filter chip lets you jump straight to Only unmatched when there are many orders to get through. You can remove a line, remove a whole order, or add one manually.

Tip

Keep product, customer, and date info on the same photo for the best extraction results.

Saving

Save N orders stays disabled until every line in every order is matched. Each order is created directly as a confirmed event on your calendar, unlike Quick quote, which creates a quote request you still send or confirm yourself.
