Instead of exporting one event at a time, subscribe once and your calendar app keeps itself in sync automatically.
Getting your link
Open the ⋯ menu on the events toolbar and choose Calendar sync. (This option is only shown to the workspace owner; team members don't see it.) Copy the Feed URL shown there.
Adding it to your app
- Google Calendar: Other calendars → From URL, then paste the link.
- Apple Calendar: File → New Calendar Subscription, then paste the link.
What's in the feed
- Your confirmed, in-progress, and completed private events, from about a week in the past through six months ahead. Multi-day events carry their real end date, so the span shows correctly instead of collapsing to one day.
- Your enabled blocked-date rules (single dates, ranges, and recurring patterns), shown as busy time rather than events that would make you look booked to anyone reading the feed.
If the link leaks
Click Regenerate link. You'll be asked to confirm: the old link stops working immediately, so anything still subscribed to it needs the new one.
Exporting a single event
From an event's detail page, Add to calendar downloads a one-off .ics file for that event, and Add to Google Calendar opens the same event directly in Google Calendar, handy when you just need one appointment on your personal calendar rather than the whole feed.
