Where Jotform is the better choice
Jotform is a general-purpose form tool, and it does several things CaterWay does not.
- Integrations. Jotform lists 100+ app integrations. CaterWay has no public API or accounting sync.
- Payments in the form. Jotform lists 40+ payment gateway integrations, so a customer can pay when they submit. CaterWay does not take online card payments.
- One tool for many forms. If you also need job applications, feedback surveys or supplier forms, Jotform covers them all.
- EU hosting option. Jotform can move your form data to EU servers in Frankfurt if you turn it on in your account settings, so EU hosting is not a reason to pick one over the other.

Jotform is a capable form builder. It can add up a total if you write the formulas, and it handles payments and signatures. It does not turn a submission into a catering quote.
CaterWay does that part: it prices the order from your menu and keeps the request moving as a quote. If you need integrations or online payments, Jotform has them and CaterWay does not today.
