Varasto, and rentals that know their own diary
A stock page that counts what you own against what is already booked on any date you pick, so "are the good glasses free on the 12th" stops being a guess.
- New Warehouse page (Pro): on hand, reserved and available for every tracked product, on any date
- Correct a count by hand with a reason and a note, and every change is kept in the product's stock history
- Turnaround days for rentals: glasses that come back on Sunday are not offered again until they are actually washed
- A sent quote reserves its items until the customer answers, so two customers are never promised the same stock. Switchable in warehouse settings
- A banner names the unanswered quotes that are holding stock, and says so plainly when they would take you past what you own
- Choose what a customer sees when something runs out: hidden, or shown as sold out
- Import products into the warehouse in bulk and set their starting balances in one pass
- Rentals can now say how the quantity is counted: one per guest, one per order, or the customer chooses
- The rental and stock-tracking switches moved into Advanced at the bottom of the product form
Allergies, children, and pictures where words used to be
The calculator can now ask who cannot eat what and how many of the guests are children, and an info-only page can show photos instead of just a list.
- Ask about special diets: the customer lists allergies and diets person by person on their own step, and the answers travel with the quote into your dashboard, the emails and the PDF
- Free on every plan, on purpose: allergen information is a safety question, not an upsell
- Allergen sheet: print or download every dish on one order against the 14 EU allergens, with a warning when a dish has not been reviewed yet
- Ask for adults and children separately, with their own limits and a line where you say who counts as a child. Pricing does not change, the split is for the kitchen
- Info-only categories can carry up to five photos, shown beside the text on a computer and under it on a phone, full size when tapped
- You write the "cannot be pre-ordered" line yourself now, instead of taking ours
- The suggested add-on picker warns which products will never actually be offered, and why
- Allergen details moved behind the info button on the product card, so the card stays readable
Notifications get their own place
"Stop emailing me about every quote" is now one switch in its own settings section, and it can no longer touch the mail your customers are waiting for.
- Notifications is its own section under Settings, instead of a card below your password and two-factor settings
- One switch for the new-quote email to your own inbox, and one for push notifications on the device you are using
- Fixed: two of these switches were quietly holding back the quote email the customer was waiting for. They only affect mail addressed to you now
- Preferences are per person, so each of your colleagues chooses their own
Quote conflict guard
Accepting a quote that clashes with a blocked date or another booking now asks you to confirm, and the warning shows up everywhere, not just on the calendar.
