Tag allergens, then let AI write the rest

A firm's pikkujoulu order always brings a question about gluten and one about nuts. Tag it once on the product and every guest sees it on your calculator.

Adding dietary tags by hand

In the product form's How you sell it card:

  • Find Dietary Tags.
  • Click any tag to toggle it, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and more.
  • Only the most common tags show by default, click Show more for the full list.

Filling name, description, and tags with AI

Next to the language tabs at the top of the form is Fill with AI. It needs a product name to work from, type at least that much first.

Click it and CaterWay:

  • Writes (or translates) the name and description for every language you have enabled
  • Suggests dietary tags based on the name, category, and any ingredients you've listed
  • Shows everything in an AI Suggestions preview before touching your product, review and edit, then click Apply suggestions or Discard
AI Fill only fills in empty fields, it never overwrites text you've already written. If you change your mind right after applying, Undo AI fill reverts everything from that one click.

Good to know

There's a daily AI Fill limit that resets at midnight. If you hit it, the button explains when it'll be available again.

A note on translation

AI Fill translates into every language your account has active, not just the two you're editing right now, so a calculator with five languages gets five versions from one click.
